Job Role:
a) Responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact projects and programs that drive the growth and success as a product incubator/accelerator.
b) Responsible for managing the end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing.
c) Liaison between different teams, internal/external stakeholders and senior management to align the program objectives with the overall business strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities of a Program Manager include:
a) Defining the program vision and strategy: This includes understanding the target markets and customer needs, setting program goals and objectives, and developing a long-term roadmap for the program.
b) Leading cross-functional teams: This includes working closely with multiple design, engineering, marketing and other teams to deliver products/projects on time, within budget and to the required quality.
c) Defining and Managing the program management process: This includes tracking progress against the roadmap, managing the program backlog of features and enhancements, and ensuring the program is delivered on time and within budget.
d) Program performance tracking: This includes analyzing program metrics, customer feedback and market trends, and using this information to identify areas for improvement and inform future program decisions.
e) Stakeholder management: This includes working closely with investors, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure the program meets their needs and achieves business objectives.
f) Resource management: This includes managing the allocation of resources (people, equipment and budget) to ensure the program is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality.
g) Risk management: This includes identifying, assessing and mitigating risks to ensure the program is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality.
