Responsibilities:                                                                                                                  

• As a Project Manager, lead project teams and manage activities associated with the projects - offshore and onshore.
• On-time product delivery with planning, monitoring & executing the projects successfully.
• Timely status updates to necessary stakeholders on project status.
• Timely escalations of any risks identified schedule and effort deviation.
• Working closely with business functions to funnel and channelize requests to development teams.
• Coordinate with technology & business leaders with day-to-day development and delivery coordination across multiple tech teams, and between tech and business teams.
• Data-driven decision-making, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.

Skills Required :

• Have minimum of 6+ years of ERP Project Manager experience coupled with a good technical background in maintaining the artifacts that are important to manage a project i.e., project planning, effort estimations, team handling, change management, risk assessment, customer/vendor (contractors) management, monitoring and execution, status reporting, etc and Knowledge on bug tracking tools.
• Support multiple projects and implementations with on-time, error-free delivery, with high satisfaction from customers or business teams at a given point of time.
• Strong communication skills with work experience on onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
• Certifications: PMP / Prince2 / CSM certification must.
