Job Title: Project Manager
Experience: 2-4 years Company: UTSAAH Lab Location: Bengaluru, India CTC: Up to 8 LPA Responsibilities: • Oversee the overall project management, ensuring that milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on time and within budget. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including engineers and designers, to ensure that business objectives align with product development and design goals. • Develop and manage the budget, financial projections, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the financial sustainability and progress of the project. • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and product enhancements. • Assist in developing and refining the business model for a drug delivery device, identifying opportunities for revenue generation, cost optimization, and market expansion. • Create and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including marketing, sales, distribution, and customer support, to drive the adoption and growth of the device. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an additional degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Healthcare would be a plus • Significant experience in a management role within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably with experience in bringing products to market. • Strong project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills • Proven ability to develop and execute successful medical device projects. • Experience in managing budgets, financial planning, and investor relations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes for underserved populations
