Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within the specified timelines and budget.
2. Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools to effectively manage project activities, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and scope, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
4. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
5. Identify and resolve project issues and risks, making timely decisions to keep projects on track.
6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
7. Utilize project management software such as JIRA and Confluence to track project tasks, milestones, and documentation.
8. Proactively identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role who has groomed from being a developer.
3. Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly Agile/Scrum.
4. Proficiency in using project management software such as JIRA and Confluence.
5. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
