In 1985 They founded a North American subsidiary for the local markets. After just two years, the company's headquarters were relocated from California to Detroit, Michigan.

Content control and management of projects in the areas of drive and electrification, hybrid and e-mobility, especially batteries and BMS

 

Technical management of the project team

 

Coordination of analyzes of customer requirements, risk and change management

 

Carrying out the technical review of the work products within the BMS hardware and

software development processes

 

Coordination with customers, internal departments and project partners

 

Continuous improvement and monitoring of compliance with project management processes

QUALIFICATION

 

German Language min B1

English Language B2

 

Completed degree (TH / FH) in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or vehicle technology

 

In particular, intensive, well-founded experience in the field of electrification, mechatronics, software development and / or batteries

 

Several years of experience in the management and coordination of battery and / or BMS projects

Experience in prototype and series development of batteries and / or BMS

 

Detailed knowledge of OEM and TIER1 development processes
