Designation: Project Manager

Your New Role:

• Directly manage vendors delivering various IT projects, including ERP systems like Odoo.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and control of projects, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon specifications, deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Coordinate technical and functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project risks, ensuring timely identification and mitigation to safeguard project success.
• Implement industry best practices in project management, such as Agile methodologies and international coding standards.
• Ensure adherence to the project's budget, timelines, and scope, maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Develop a technology vision for identified projects, ensuring solutions meet business automation goals.
• Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, and reusability.
• Conduct quality assurance, including defect identification, reporting, and feedback to improve software usability and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with project documentation, creating and maintaining quality records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the management and vendors, ensuring effective communication of project expectations and objectives.
• Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained with vendors, monitoring response times and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to ensure compliance with project charters, delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Consistent, accurate, and timely customer reporting.

What you need to Succeed:

• 4-6 years of relevant project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the ICT industry, with a solid understanding of ERP systems and commercial contract management.
• Proven ability to manage projects in dynamic environments with competing deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ERP applications, especially Odoo ERP, with certifications preferred.
• Odoo ERP Certifications preferred.
• Membership in relevant professional bodies is a plus.
