Job Responsibilities

• Project planning
• Basic understanding of technical knowledge for custom software development using
• open-source JS based frameworks with custom built backend & frontend.
• Sprint planning & Risk management
• Stakeholder & Conflict management with internal (Cross functional) & external teams
• (client or 3rd party team for support or integration) is a must.
• Quality management
• Change management (Change requests & others)
• Tools like Devops, Jira
• Documentation & Reporting
• Customer oriented
• Resource Forecasting

Desired Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a comparable discipline with
• additional preference given to MBA & other professional certifications PMI (PMP or CSM
• etc.,)
• 4-6 years of experience in project management or a related role
• Technical knowledge on SDLC & handled software development projects from end to
• end for at least 2 - 3 years.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and successful project deliveries.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exposure in handling support & maintenance projects will be an additional preference.
