Our client, an important mid-size international company active in the Building Sector, is looking for a Sr PTP OPERATIONS & PROCESS LEAD
Accountability:
Driving increasingly efficient and effective execution of PtP (Procure-to-Pay) processes within the BeNeLux region. Galvanise and coordinate the change that needs to happen at region level to embed excellence in PTP.
Do this by implementing performance measures, monitoring performance, defining optimisation activities and driving execution of optimisation activities. Role will work in close alignment with Global Process Owner, PtP Process Leads in other countries and GBS to share best practice and ensure alignment with approved processes and governance. Ensure country stakeholders are aligned on processes and accountabilities and act as a subject matter expert (SME) and key functional contact for business partners in all matters concerning the P2P process, policy, external benchmarks, new tool implementation and approval of changes in existing systems. Work with cross-functional teams to collect and validate feedback on current process inefficiencies and support issue resolution, demonstrate and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, all with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Solid experience in Procure-to-Pay business processes
- Experienced in relevant solution area (S4 HANA / SAP MM) and PTP tools
- Ability to understand impact of issue on business and identify quickly suitable solutions
- Exceptional problem solving, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Business English and Dutch both written and oral
