• Review Business Requirements and Specifications and provide timely and meaningful feedback to the business 
• Liaise with internal teams (Product Management, Analysts etc) to understand system requirements and Acceptance Criteria 
• Liaise with clients, as required, to understand and develop testable Acceptance Criteria 
• Provide Test estimates to support bid pricing, project costing and task planning 
• Derive and design test cases 
• Automate Test Cases  
• Design, develop and execute functional and non-functional tests 
• Peer review QA and Test teamwork 
• Capture, record and document bugs allowing Development teams to readily reproduce issues 
• Prioritize workload to meet agreed commitments 
• Review SDLC processes and recommend improvements 
• Ensure approved development procedures are followed across the SDLC 
• Provide timely feedback to Line Management as required
• Undertake pre testing for customers within the product to support to improve the quality of the software and the more timely upgrade of customers
• Support to transition to automated customer testing

• Other ad hoc duties as required by your line manager
