Our Client is a global leader in innovative, reliable and enterprise-grade open source solutions and specializes in Enterprise Linux, Kubernetes Management, and Edge solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join the observability team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of observability tools such as Prometheus, Cortex, Alert Manager, OpenSearch, and OpenTelemetry.

 Key Responsibilities:

 - Develop and maintain testing strategies and protocols for all observability tools

 - Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our tools

 - Collaborate with development team to identify and resolve defects

 - Identify and communicate risks and issues related to the observability tools to the team

 - Continuously improve test processes and tools

 Requirements:

 - Strong experience in software testing, with a focus on observability tools

 - Experience working with Kubernetes and containerization

 - Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices

 - Familiarity with machine learning and AIOps is a plus

 - Strong written and verbal communication skills

 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
