                QUALITY MANAGER

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality management system within the industrial manufacturing plant. The role includes ensuring that all products meet the company’s high-quality standards, managing quality control processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO standards.

  - Lead regular audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

 - Oversee and manage the quality control process throughout all production phases, from raw materials to final product.

- Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve processes, and enhance product quality using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to identify areas for improvement and drive CI projects.

- Manage supplier quality by developing and enforcing quality standards for incoming materials.

- Conduct supplier audits and assessments, work with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

- Act as the main point of contact for all quality-related customer concerns.

- Lead investigations into customer complaints, report findings, and implement corrective actions.

- Lead and develop the quality team, ensuring that employees are adequately trained and follow established procedures.

- Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting best practices and encouraging staff involvement in quality improvement initiatives.

- Keep abreast of updates in regulatory requirements and ensure that the company maintains compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and certifications (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, etc.).

- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies (Black/Green Belt certification is a plus).

- Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in managing supplier quality

- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control tools

- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
