We are looking for a pro-active #ReactDeveloper, with a passion for making high performance applications.

You will be responsible for developing a Mobile application, which will complement the TV app experience and requires a seamless user experience between devices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Mobile/React Native application
• Write high-quality modular code
• Translate UI designs into high-performance application features
• Work together with designers, back-end developers, marketeers etc. in feature teams to design and develop cross team features and functionalities
• Participate in Agile development process, including scoping, technical design, estimation effort, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, maintenance and support
• Setup and maintain unit and e2e tests together with our QA-team
• Create and configure A/B experiments to improve user experience
• Write documentation
• Research on tools, technologies/services and best practices to improve the app stability, performance and quality
• Help yourself and the team grow by providing feedback on work and processes
• Share learnings and progress within the company

Requirements

• Willing to work on site in Amsterdam
• 5+ years of experience working on a production application with React/React Native
• Experience building Mobile apps
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience working with static types in JavaScript (Typescript, flow)
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Strong debugging skills
• Analytical thinking
• Understanding of good UI/UX
• Comfortable learning new skills, being proactive and keep track of new developments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Optimize code for app performance.
• Knowing how to write reusable component for different platforms
