Job: Readymix Concrete Plant Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE

Industry: Construction / Ready-Mix Concrete

Salary: AED 12,000 + Company Vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the batching plant, including production planning, dispatch, and delivery.

• Ensuring that concrete quality meets QCS/ISO standards through effective supervision of testing and mix design.

• Overseeing equipment maintenance and scheduling preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Coordinating with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

• Monitoring raw material usage, stock levels, and production efficiency to control costs.

• Leading and training plant staff, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Preparing daily and monthly production and performance reports for management.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in readymix or concrete batching plant operations.

• Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, mix designs, and quality control standards.

• Proven ability to manage plant operations, staff, logistics, and equipment maintenance.

• Familiarity with QCS/ISO standards, health and safety procedures, and local regulations.

• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
