Duties:

Manages full international and local recruiting cycle for teaching and support staff positions

Proactively sources candidates, reviews online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates, contacts applicants to phone screen, assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes, creates long lists for hiring managers to review and schedules interviews;
-
Works closely with Hiring Departments/Managers and Human Resources to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements;

Participates in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices, trains staff on best recruitment practices and safe recruitment tips
-
Prepares recruitment materials and posts jobs in appropriate internal and external sources

Develops and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, human resources, and candidates;
-
Supports Human Resources team in developing and executing diversity recruiting focused strategies

Collects referrals from external sources provided by candidates
-
Contacts past applicants for new job opportunities
-
Acts as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Organizes and participates in online and in-person interviews in liaison with the HR Team and internal stakeholders

Adds to talent pool for cold and hot positions and keep in touch with the best candidates regularly

Interacts with potential candidates on professional networks and social media
-
Conducts on-boarding activities for the new hires
Interacts with the recruitment agencies on selected searches

Provides analytical and well documented regular and ad-hoc recruiting reports
Requirements:
-
University degree
-
3+ years of professional experience in comparable role in recruitment, HR or Global Talent Acquisition;
-
Comfortable using recruiting systems and collaboration tools to work seamlessly within a high performing HR team
Demonstrated proficiency in project management software and with common technology applications (Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, Outlook, etc.) and ability to learn new technology and applications

Legally residing and able to work in Moscow, Russia.

Speak, read and write in English fluently, according to the CREF standards, C1 or a C2 level
-
Must be eligible to receive a security clearance certification

Completion of First Aid/CPR Training & Child Safeguarding Training
Skills:
- Solid understanding of best practices in international and local recruitment
- Solid understanding of the hiring needs and existing hiring processes for international educational sector is preferable
- Possession of established recruiting networks and understanding of recruiting best practices
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
