Job Description
Requirements:
- Proper level of professional education (economics, HR management), refresher courses in the professional field
- Excellent command of Excel, SAP (will be an advantage)
- Motivation for long-term and stable work honesty, integrity, openness, communication skills, ability to multitask, be meticulous and systematic
- Expressed level of personal initiative
- English - Intermediate
Functions:
- Recruitment (using all available sources of recruitment, working with the CA if necessary)
- Adaptation of employees
- Organization and carrying out of training activities for employees, evaluation of training efficiency
- Evaluation and development of professional careers of the Company's employees.
- Succession planning and succession plans
- Forming a positive image of the Company, as an employer, for current employees and potential candidates, administration of processes and electronic resources (systems) related to personnel policy, news events and presenting the Company as an employer
- Participation in the development of effective corporate communications, implementation of the internal policy and maintaining the corporate culture
- Participation in the organization of corporate events
- Participation in the personnel involvement project
- Budgeting. Participates in the budgeting process for entrusted areas, monitors budget execution on a monthly basis, proposes measures for efficient spending of funds
Terms & Conditions:
- Salary 110000 rubles before tax
- VHI after the trial period
