The Role:

Creating your network in a particular career discipline you will act as an expert both for clients and candidates.

In your sphere you will develop your business and conduct full 360 degree recruitment process: attract new clients and maintain relationship with existing partners; search for the candidates using different tools (open sources, headhunting, recommendations etc), interview them, organize the process of interaction of candidates and clients (interviews, job offers, beginning of work).

The Person:

We welcome experienced recruiters as well as specialists from different industries - in any case we will train you for success and provide with all the necessary tools. If you are confident, commercially thinking, energetic and able to go the extra mile for clients and candidates, if you enjoy negotiating in Russian and English, if you are eager to earn much - we will be happy to discuss opportunities in Antal Russia.
