Responsibilities:
Search for candidates according to corporate culture and values (direction of financial control, audit, operations);
Working with various recruitment sources, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness;
Building effective relationships with hiring managers and heads of departments;
Maintaining a high quality candidate experience: timely feedback, building a talent pool for strategic roles, working with professional communities.
Requirements:
Higher Education;
At least two years of experience in a similar role;
Experience conducting competency-based interviews independently;
Experience in managing a large number of vacancies simultaneously;
Good level of English.
Conditions:
Temporary project from 3 months;
Registration under the GPG;
The official salary is discussed after the interview;
Schedule: Monday-Friday (at the moment, mostly remote work, with rare trips to the Moscow office);
Office: Paveletskaya metro station.
