The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and possess strong technical knowledge in hiring for ERP (Oracle), IT skills. Should have experience in US & Domestic IT recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment process management
• Hiring for Oracle ERP skills
• Must interact and create a good business relations with regular stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing candidates within the specified hiring target date.
• Talent mapping and talent pipelining
• Manage domestic and US recruitment leads & recruiters.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers for both US and India.
• Work closely with the seniors/management to identify current and future talent needs.
• Employeer branding activities to acquire talent.
• Have knowledge of any HRMS tool.
• Have knowledge of ISO &ISMS for HR processes.
• Willing to work at 2.30pm to 11.00pm shift
