In your role as Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and you will feel energized working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse set of clients from the UK and European companies.

You will be working at Director or Senior Manager Level with clients understanding their needs, advising & guiding on overall staffing solutions and then once agreed implementing.

When implementing you will be fully responsible for supporting & managing the team to identify the right candidates, ensure the company recruitment interviewing & selection process are correctly adhered to and undertake the final pre client presentation interviews yourself before attending all client interviews to ensure you are fully immersed in the clients thinking and are able to discuss with the client in each case the choices and consequences of each recruitment.

Your profile:

•             Proven ability to recruit candidates for a variety of companies with an emphasis on the technology & professional services industries, with the ability to engage with senior candidates and stakeholders.

•             10+ years in recruiting in a corporate or agency environment – experience in hiring a wide variety of roles (finance, Data, Marketing, Sales, operations, customer support)

•             Used to deal with Director level clients

•             5 years+ of demonstrable experience in data management in recruitment and its use for effective recruitment efficiency

•             Romanian native; English fluent.
