Job duties
Oversee cross- functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Operation, Compliance, Audit, Marketing, Human Resource, procurement) in order to optimize service level inside the bank
Align all teams toward goals or objective as defined by top management
Lead all people from different departments
Define et evaluate the objectives of all staff of the business unit
Define the key metrics for different products and services inside the business unit
Address and develop different segments with high value
Monitor customer satisfaction
Emphasize all resources toward customer need response
Optimize capability of the business unit response
Develop new solutions adapted to the target market
Be sure to all strategic segments are covered efficiently
Be the speaker of the region inside the executive committee of the organization
Be responsible of tactical change inside the business unit
Define the training plan for all departments with Human resource team
Responsible of service level agreement of all the business unit
Manage P&L strategically in order to maximize profitability
Be responsible of the development and the implementation of the strategy in the region
Implement integrator structural devices around key processes and products
Be responsible of the change management process inside the region
Professional experience
10 years of experience in the banking sector, solid background on Information technology, financial technologies, digital product development, working in a multicultural environment. demonstrated strong leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related social sciences, a MBA is an advantage.
