Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of medical representatives in the assigned territory: the Northwestern Federal District;
• Monitoring and analyzing sales;
• Joint planning and coaching of medical representatives;
• Conducting double visits (doctors, pharmacies);
• Participation in the planning and implementation of marketing activities in their territory, aimed at increasing sales;
• Working with opinion leaders;
• Negotiating with distributors and ACs.

Requirements:

• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Regional / Territory Manager in a pharmaceutical company;
• Experience of working with physicians and pharmacy chains is a must;
• Experience of managing a team of medical representatives is a must;
• Willingness for high travel activity.
