Responsibilities:

Organization of product promotion (RX) in the Ural and Volga territories
Responsibility for the company's activities in the territory under supervision
Sales planning, market analysis
Selection, training, development, control of the team of MEMs and KAMs
Maintain and develop contacts with key customers, distributors, administration
Implementation of marketing activities, development of marketing plans
Maintaining reports

Requirements:

Higher medical or pharmaceutical education
At least 3 years of management experience in a pharmaceutical company
B category driver's license
Knowledge of drug procurement organization system
Knowledge of key decision makers of the territory
Territory planning and management skills
Skills in training, development, motivation of personnel
Experience in control over execution, organization of team work
Remote employee management experience
Excellent negotiating with clients
