Responsibilities:
Development of distribution/attraction of dealers of technical products in Eastern Siberia and the Far East;
Perform promotion and sales of products in industrial, power generation, civil and commercial construction projects (HVAC systems, etc.);
Preparation of TKP, as well as calculations related to the installation and application of the products (the company will provide training in this area);
Searching for decision makers; Developing long-term relationships with partners in the territory;
Re-negotiating projects, incorporating the company's technical solutions during the construction phase.
Requirements:
Experience in project sales (any complex equipment/petrochemical, chemical/energy, etc.) OR gained experience working with similar client sectors; desire to develop in sales, with one year of engineering, technical experience supporting clients;
Mandatory: completed higher technical/engineering education;
Ability to work effectively in a changing environment;
Negotiation, territory management, planning and prioritization skills;
High analytical skills; honesty and open-mindedness, flexibility of thought, teachability, result orientation, independence;
Willingness to travel frequently (more than 50% of the time).
