Job Description:
Position: Regional Manager- Training
Experience: 4-7 years of audiology training role
Reports to: Head-Retail Excellence and Training
Location: Bangalore
Job Purpose:
To identify learning needs of the audiology team members, to design, implement and deliver clinical learning programs helping business delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to build a team with strong clinical performance thereby supporting the business.
- Ability to lead the team to deliver on excellent service delivery to the clients and customer experience.
- Demonstrable ability to provide especially on-job training, group training and focused group learning.
- Rigorous travel across the assigned region.
- Ability to motivate the team and lead from the front. Build a stature that people would look up to.
Qualifications and requirement of the role:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Qualification in Audiology (Masters in Audiology or Equivalent). Strong clinical, business and supervision skills.
- Should have handled a clinical or training role in the past.
