Position Overview: Regional Sales Manager Are you captivated by the sensor market and intrigued by devising impactful business strategies? We are searching for an astute Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role demands a collaborative thinker, adept at working harmoniously alongside fellow regional sales managers across diverse territories. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate will spearhead inventive sales initiatives, cultivate enduring business visions, and foster pivotal relationships to drive strategic expansion.
Our differentiated sensor are used in a wide range of markets, Space, Defense, Aerospace, Land Applications, Oil & Gas, Marine & Emerging Technologies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and initiatives in order to achieve growth, maximize sales revenue and profitability.
- Develop key accounts directly, as well as manage and develop channel partners.
- Provide input to Product Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams to help direct the development of new products that reflect market trends and customer needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting for budget planning to the VP Sales and Marketing.
- Undertake marketing responsibilities locally in France/Southern Europe, in collaboration with our factory marketing team, to propose and help manage key marketing activities to build the company brand.
- Track and report all sales activities
Candidate Profile:
- Technical University degree required
- 5 years + sale/commercial experience: defense, aero, space market will be an advantage
- Proven sales track record, delivering outstanding results in prior positions in a high-tech product environment.
- Capacity to build creative sales plans and sales initiatives, capable of having a long term vision of the business.
- Proven track record in business development, in particular gaining new business in large accounts from scratch,
- Good negotiator with excellent customer relation skills.
- You are: self-motivated employee who wish to become part of a team whose players excel in collaboration, are respectful and responsible at all times.
- You work with Trust and transparency
- Good English oral and written communication skills are a must
