Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all sales activities in area of responsibility to maximize sales and profits by serving customers according to their needs and establishing strong relationships with them;
- Provide sales to existing customers and expand customer base in accordance with the sales plan established by the Company;
- Seek and analyze sales opportunities in the region;
- Monitor and report on competitors' activities;
- Analyze performance of existing and competitors and propose changes in products, services and policies;
- Maintain and develop knowledge of company products and services;
- Prepare proposals and presentations to existing and potential customers;
- Participation in exhibitions, fairs and other thematic events;
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Following all policies, procedures and ethical norms established by the Company;
Requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- 5 years+ experience in a similar position or in sales of industrial equipment (experience selling through distributors would be an advantage);
- Experience in sales of hand tools and/or band saws; experience in sales of other industrial tools and consumables would be appreciated;
- A conversational level of English is desirable;
- Self-confidence, determination and innovative thinking;
- Ambition, drive and interest in continuous development and growth, curiosity and thinking outside the box;
- Ability to work independently and to be an effective team player at the same time;
- Willingness to travel and irregular working hours;
- Availability of a personal vehicle;
