Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sales/rebound and agronomic support of company products and clients, working with target segments (meetings, negotiations, demand creation, building long-term partnerships);
- Participation in the development of the management team, joint sales, coaching;
- Achievement of set economic targets;
- Work with existing customer base, search for new customers in assigned territory;
- Active participation in the development of a portfolio of products and services for clients of the company.
Requirements:
- Higher agronomic education, skills in working with standard Microsoft Office applications;
- Relevant experience in sales of seeds and/or crop protection products (over 3 years), as well as experience in active sales, CRM and general sales principles;
- Knowledge of the regional market (conditions, peculiarities and specifics of the market, competitors);
- Skills in developing Individual annual work plan;
- Professional communication skills: negotiating, presentation;
- As an advantage - availability of certificates, etc. on improvement of professional competencies in sales, leadership, finance for non-financial managers, etc.
