Responsibilities:

• Demand creation at the bottom visiting new the distributors and proposing new business opportunities;
• responsible for selecting new Distributors/Importers with regard to all the commercial activities;
• turnover increase proposal;
• monitors the respect of agreed price positioning;
• ensures technical training to the Distributor staff.

Requirements:

• Degree in Agronomic Science;
• 5 year experience in Technical/Sales roles;
• Strong agronomic competences, should be able to deliver technical training;
• English and Russian knowledge
