Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out analysis and active search for potential customers in the entrusted territory, as well as their development in sales channels - HoReCa, medical institutions, manufacturing companies, sports centres, etc.;
- Conducting market research and preparing analytical reviews;
- Preparing presentations for the training of partners;
- Preparing proposals for product management;
- Negotiating the terms of delivery;
- Conducting own analysis on competition, sales, potential customers;
- Fulfillment of set sales targets;
- Communicating with the head office on commercial and technical issues in English;
- Creating and maintaining an up-to-date database of clients, partners.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education;
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in B2B sales (any equipment, laundry equipment) is a must;
- Proficiency in English at least intermediate level for communication with head office and participation in meetings - important!
- Self-organization, communication skills, enthusiasm, ambition, a desire to improve their professional level, the ability to work in a team and independently;
Conditions:
- The official registration of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation;
- The fixed monthly salary;
- Monthly bonus on the results of the established indicators of the KPI, as well as the annual bonus on the annual salary and the basis of the KPI;
- Monthly compensation for car allowance;
- Schedule: 5 / 2, from 9.00 to 18.00, traveling nature of work, home office.
