Designation: Regional Sales Manager
Academic: Science Graduate/Pharmacy Graduate/MBA (MBA Preferred)
Experience: 10-15 years of experience
Reports To: Sales Manager
Locations: Mumbai

The flagship brand of TTLP is Yukon Choice PC which is CE certified & manufactured in India and Germany in technical collaboration with client GmbH, Hechingen Germany & German Heart Centre, Munich Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support team with day-to-day operations
- Evaluate team and individual performances
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs, select, and train new salespeople
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction & sales
- Experience in Distribution channel management
- Relationship with purchase managers of all the leading hospitals in the region
- Good relationships with the intervention cardiologist in the region
- Experience mixture of pharmaceuticals and medical devices (Preferred)
Requisite Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
