Job Description:
Title: Regional Sales Manager
Reporting Manager: General Manager
Product Segment: Radiology – Computed Radiography, Digital Radiography and X-Ray
Location: New Delhi
Area Coverage: North India
Years of Experience: Minimum 8-10 years, with 3-4 years relevant experience in sales of Radiology equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support to sales team direct and dealers in respective region for achieving target through direct or application team support.
- Demo unit management and tracking, preparation of monthly demo tracking sheet to support General Manager.
- Visiting/communicating with customers in case any issue with image quality, understand the requirement and guide the Application Specialist to deliver appropriate results.
- Keeping track of AERB and manager e-LORA portal for company. Arranging QA for new equipment installed, supporting with room equipment orientation and layout, and monitoring successful completion of installation report and Licensing of the end user.
- Regular reporting to General Manager on market trends and analysis with justification.
- Guide team in new product positioning
- Coordinating with OEM for negotiation, order placement and stocking of equipment handled by him and his team.
- Understanding government customers requirement and for new tender, making tender specifications, tender participation, technical meeting, pre-bid meetings, bidding, technical comparison and guide technical committee, sales team and dealers accordingly.
- Working on GEM portal and have the catalogues created on GEM. Follow and implement tenders on GEM, participate in GEM bidding, order closures, Monitor installation completion, payment follow-ups.
- Support on the SMARTi project as needed.
- Supporting CDSCO and ISO applications.
- Coordinating with customers for their service issues and ensuring timely resolution by continuous follow-up with service team.
- Coordinate with principals on technical issues and product development issues as a support to General Manager.
- Monitor application team activities and travel wrt regional movements.
- Provide technical support to service team on critical service issues.
- Adhoc projects as per management decision.
