JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Expectations from the Role:
This is a dynamic and a critical business position for a Regional Manager based at Hyderabad, where an individual will be completely responsible for the profit centre management for the region of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh. A large part of the role would involve harvesting doctor relationships and increasing the length and breadth of the organization within the region and being in complete charge of the operations management, while playing a pivotal role in driving productivity across the assigned clinics through a motivated and engaged team of 35+ people including audiologists, client advisors, area managers and clinical staff.
Major responsibilities include a blend of key account management, relationship building with key stakeholders, administrative responsibilities and complete sales accountability, timely support /feedback to the team, commercial /business inclination and a KPI driven mind, excellent data management skills and deriving trends/patterns, and rigorous travel across the assigned territory for potential mapping and scouting for business expansion opportunities.
Pre-requisites for the Role:
- The ideal candidate for this role would be having an extensive overall experience of 10-12 years from the Medical Device, Optical Chain, Diagnostic Lab Chain, Retail, Pharmaceutical cluster, currently leading & managing a team.
- Minimum educational qualification can be an MBA in Sales and Marketing or an alternate Post Graduate Degree would work.
- A strong expectation from the incumbent would be critical thinking, strong business skills, strategic overview and planning, analytical skills, sales forecasting, superior decision making and team handling.
