Responsibilities:
Performing analysis and active prospecting of potential customers in the assigned territory, as well as their development in all sales channels (B2B);
Carrying out market research in the area and preparing analytical reviews;
Preparing presentations for partner training;
Preparing proposals for product management;
Negotiating terms of delivery of products;
Maintaining independent analysis of competition, sales, and potential customers;
Fulfillment of established sales plans;
Communicating with company headquarters on commercial and technical issues in English;
Creating and maintaining an up-to-date database of clients, partners.
Requirements:
Completed higher education;
Minimum of 3 years work experience in B2B sales (equipment, laundry equipment) is a must;
English proficiency at least intermediate level for communication with headquarters and participation in meetings - important!
Self-organization, communication skills, enthusiasm, ambition, desire to improve their professional level, the ability to work both in a team and independently;
Conditions:
The official registration of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation;
The fixed monthly salary;
Monthly bonus based on the results of the established indicators KPI, as well as the annual bonus on the annual salary and the basis of the KPI;
Monthly compensation for car allowance;
Work schedule: 5/2, from 9.00 to 18.00, itinerant nature of work, home office.
