- Sales/rebound and agronomic support of company products and customers, working with target segments (meetings, negotiations, demand creation, building long-term partnerships);
- participation in the development of the management team, joint sales, coaching;

- higher agronomic education;
- skills in working with standard applications of Microsoft Office;
- Relevant experience in sales companies selling seeds and / or PPP (over 3 years), as well as experience in active sales, working in a CRM and general sales principles;
- knowledge of regional market (market conditions, specifics and specifics of the market, competitors);
- skills of developing Individual annual work plan;
- professional communication skills: negotiating, presentation.
