Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Intensive outreach to existing customers to promote new products, increase sales, profits and market share.
- Identification of new customers.
- Customer visits, demonstrations of metalworking tools.
- Tracking the complete sales process through to product delivery and after-sales service.
- Fulfillment of sales plan and key performance indicators set by management.
- Tracking customer and competitor activity, regularly providing this information to management.
- Providing support in tracking payments and facilitating the prompt collection of payments from customers.
- Continuously improving knowledge of existing and new products and services.
- Maintaining constant personal contact with key customer personnel.
- Identifying and taking advantage of opportunities to make quick sales.
- Completing the number of test reports agreed upon with management and providing them to customers.
- Preparing sales forecasts and sales planning for key customers.
- Demonstrating continuous improvement in technical knowledge and sales skills.
- Promote products to meet sales targets.
- Evaluate customer needs to offer the right set of products and services.
- Travel - up to 75% of the region in the area of responsibility.
- Participation in promotions.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts and programs.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position from 3 years.
- Knowledge of market, customers and competitors of Samara region.
- Technical/Engineering education (preferred).
- Practical experience with metal cutting tools or metal working machines.
- English - at least intermediate (communication, correspondence).
- High degree of autonomy, ability to make complex decisions independently.
