Regional Expert Rewarder
Your tasks
As a Reward Expert, you will be part of our global rewards team responsible for defining and implementing a global rewards strategy, processes, tools and standards. The regional focus of this role will be on Germany.
They develop and support global reward policies, guidelines, processes and tools and are responsible for the implementation in their region.
You develop state-of-the-art solutions for our business areas and support and advise both HR and our managers on all reward issues.
They support and manage core reward processes such as annual salary reviews, incentive plans, performance reviews, job grading, salary benchmarking, etc. for their region
You are the contact person for co-determination committees when implementing reward processes
You contribute to quality assurance by regularly analyzing KPIs along the core reward processes.
They take over and manage reward projects for their region.

German Language Level C1
Completed studies in business administration or a related subject in the field of human resources
Several years of experience as a rewards specialist in an international environment
Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
Solid experience in project and stakeholder management
Good experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel & PowerPoint)
First knowledge of SuccessFactors
Good communication and intercultural skills
Fluent in English
Knowledge of complex remuneration structures
