What you’ll do:
- Lead the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully to production.
- Coordinate, manage, and document release-related activities, including testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify release dependencies and ensure alignment.
- Document and communicate the Release in to change control process.
- Work with TPM to ensuring the timely QA and DEV signoff for each release and communicating to DEVOPS ,INFRA and DBA and SITEOPS.
- Develop and maintain a release management strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Measuring, monitoring, and communicating the progress of releases to SLT members after every release deployment.
- Be part of post-release reviews along with TPM and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a repository of release documentation and artifacts.
- Plan, schedule, and manage software releases and communicate to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a release manager
- Should have an overall experience of 10 year or more.
- Experience in ecommerce domain or similar is preferred.
- Demonstrates initiative (e.g., in starting tasks, asking questions, identifying and discussing problems, ability to structure own work, stay on task).
