•  Job duties
•  Identify the High value prospective clients toward using banking solutions such as online payment, visa card, alert, etc.
•  Organize the monthly customer’s visit plan the plan
•  Collect data during sales calls and analyses in order to understand the needs of customers
•  Collect data during sales calls and perform analysis in order to understand the needs of customers
•  Understand the need of customer by using survey, interview, observational research 
• Develop and understand the need of the client, bring to them proper support 
• Work closely with cross functional team toward procedures, operations, KYC, compliance and regulation 
•  Plan and organize the costumer visit toward the high value prospective clients   
•  Reinforce the relationship with existing and prospecting clients
•  Work strategically toward the objectives defined by the management of the bank in terms of product development (loan volume, alert, operations, online payment, Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
•  Build customer loyalty through the top level of service and support received by the clients.
•  Contribute to define the retail banking strategy of the bank
•  Follow the complaint from the client and be sure of their treatment on the time as defined by SLA
•  Be the champion toward selling products and services of the bank (online payment, Bank cards, Sms Alert, Mobile Money, bank application, etc.)
•  Have the responsibility to open new bank account and to recruit new costumers
•  

•  Required qualifications.

 5 years of experience as Retail Banking Officer, customer visit plan, banking products and services, banking operations, customer service, and customer development.
