Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for retail positions.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to find potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews, to assess candidates' suitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in retail hiring, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of retail hiring processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
