§  Job duties

• Write up of operations policies, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
• Coordinate with management for various retail and banking operations activities
• Coordinate the operations processes through a large network of branches
• Implement a program of development of people involved to the retail operations
• Assure the responsibility of the efficiency of  all operations in the network of the branches   
• Develop various branch operations training manuals of procedures /programs
• Supervise daily activities and ensuring compliance with all banking procedures
• Work with cross functional teams from Audit, Compliance, sales, Finance, Information Technology
• Develop new processes to ensure efficient working of systems according to timelines
• Prepare work schedule and assigning duties to operation staff
• Provide supervisory advice to banking operations and controls of the branches
• Provide special project supervision and implementation
• Offer cash management and vaults controls
• Preparing periodic operations reports
• Providing training for operation staff to meet their training needs
• Supporting  head of banking/ chief operating officer with daily operational functions

• Required qualifications.

• 10 years of experience in Retail Banking Operations, Strategy, Information Technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related social sciences, a MBA is an advantage.
