Responsibilities:

• Building and supporting compliance and personal data protection referrals;
• Ensuring protection of intellectual property, including in foreign jurisdictions;
• Participation in trade association meetings (publicity, regulatory and personnel matters);
• Assistance in building risk management systems;
• Conducting training and education sessions for employees;
• Participating and leading cross-functional projects;
• Providing legal support and legal interests of the company (replacing the director in his absence);
• Contractual due diligence, building an electronic document management system;
• Legal and compliance advice to employees;
• Dealing with real estate and land transactions;
• Legal coordination of marketing campaigns and advertising;
• Active support in updating trademark and design portfolios, licence agreements and other intellectual property matters;
• Legal support for claims and disputes;
• Participating in the development of internal procedures and policies;
• Informing management and employees about current legislation;
• Representing the interests of the company before government bodies and commercial organisations.

Requirements:

• Higher legal/economic education.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in legal work for international companies.
• Experience in compliance and risk management
• English minus B-2
• Project management experience (desirable)
• Experience in legal education and compliance trainings
• Presentation skills
• Project management experience is desirable
