ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervision and responsibility for the proper functioning of Front desk and Cashier

• Oversight and accountability for the smooth running of Housekeeping

• Make sure that communication is adequate and effective to meet the guest's requests

• Planning shifts and holidays for department staff

• Quickly solve shift coverage issues

• Periodically report to Management

• Ensure that the department's staff maintain a collaborative and constructive spirit in order to preserve the quality of service to the guest and to colleagues in other departments

• Make sure to aim for maximum guest satisfaction for the effectiveness and kindness of the services offered

• Monthly meeting with department colleagues to evaluate customer feedback, improvement procedures, etc.

• Six-monthly one-to-one meetings with department colleagues for feedback on work and evaluation

• Monthly meeting with the Management to share department performance, sales and statistics.

MAIN TASKS

• Relationships with external suppliers who help us in carrying out our daily activities (taxi/transfer companies, pharmacy, ski instructors, tennis instructors) • Periodic audit of accounts processed and collected

• Periodic control of transfer management for customers with our drivers

• Check guest satisfaction

• Verify that all processes are done according to the job description

• Verification of upgrades made upon arrival • Support to the Management to get to know the guests

• Support and supervision of critical dynamics with guests

• Guest management support

• Support for any refund transactions
