Requisite Skills:
- Minimum exp of 10 years prior to RSM position, preferably 4-5 years in man management role.
- Experience in surgical background preferably with medical devices would be an additional advantage.
- Experience of working with West region market as well.
- Bachelor in Science /B Pharma/ BE/ BTech in Biomedical Engineering / Bio-instrumentation, Electronics.
- PG degree in Business Management is desirable.
- Should have excellent grasping capability, ability to connect up with the customers on latest trends, clinicals etc.
- Good verbal communicator and presenter – Good command over English & local language.
- People and Relationship building Skills including Networking Skills.
- Team Builder – an effective coordinator of the available resources.
- Able to coach and provide effective feedback.
- Should be able to motivate and develop a strong team.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Responsibility-
- Responsible for achieving overall primary and secondary budget for the assigned regions.
- Responsible to run through positive sales margin.
- Understand on competitive products, features, strengths & the tactics for the timely modifications of the local strategy.
- Management of Account Receivables efficiently.
Channel & Employee Management and Development-
- Man-management experience required.
- Distributor reviews in terms for proper inventory management, daily co-ordination and monitor distributor customer relationship to ensure discipline, compliance & a proper coverage.
- Setting targets for both teams, performance monitoring & quarterly evaluation.
- Clear communication on performance gaps & the management of the revenue gaps.
- Proper forecasting & reviewing of the distributor performances.
- Responsible to master the technological applications, Identify & analyze gaps in distributor team’s product demonstrations & train them for extremely positive and satisfactory product demonstrations.
- Negotiation of price with Corporates to maximize profitability
KOL/Customer Management-
- Working on current strong installation base, to identify the local vocal KOLs for the organization’s surgical portfolio.
- Responsible for driving the proper customer engagement activities, for share growth and size growth through KOL initiated live workshops, Trainings & the COE initiatives.
- Plan and facilitate execution of training and technical programs for Key Hospitals.
- Manage all stake holders.
