Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, prospecting, and other lead generation methods.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, focusing on growing sales pipeline and uncovering new prospects.
- Territory Mapping & Prospecting:
- Conduct territory mapping to strategically identify key industries and potential clients within the UAE and GCC region.
- Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to better position the company’s CAD solutions.
- Account Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure continuous communication with key decision-makers in existing accounts to maintain long-term partnerships.
- New Business Development:
- Drive business growth by acquiring new logos and clients, ensuring the expansion of the company’s customer base.
- Leverage market knowledge to identify potential opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest CAD and CAM solutions, including platforms like Inventor, Solidworks, CATIA, and Creo, and present these to potential clients as value-added offerings.
- Provide product demonstrations and assist clients in understanding how CAD solutions can improve their business operations.
Requirements:
- Native Arabic Speaker:
- Fluency in Arabic is essential to cater to the regional market. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are required for effective interaction with clients.
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the CAD/CAM or engineering software industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Driving License:
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle for business travel.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of engineering CAD and CAM solutions, and experience with software such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, CATIA, and Creo.
- Experience in technical sales is an added advantage.
