ROLE OBJECTIVE:
As a Sales Agent for the South Korean market, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and expand market share, with a particular focus on the Cosmetics & Personal Care Pigments sector. Your mission is to achieve exceptional revenue growth, sales volumes, and customer satisfaction.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Develop and manage the sales strategy for the Cosmetics & Personal Care Pigments sector in South Korea.
- Establish and cultivate business relationships within the South Korean market.
- Strengthen distribution networks and partnerships with regional distributors and key accounts.
- Align sales strategies with the company's global vision and values.
- Collaborate with the global headquarters to address technical, commercial, and logistical aspects.
- Implement initiatives to improve payment efficiency and adhere to credit terms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A decade or more of experience in technical sales or business development, with a focus on the Cosmetics & Personal Care Pigments sector.
- An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
- A proven track record of selling pigments or specialty raw materials to niche markets.
- A dynamic, organized, and assertive approach with a strong technical-commercial acumen.
