Job: Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join a growing tech startup. This is a hybrid role combining sales with marketing responsibilities. You will play a key role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s brand presence and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales:

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients 
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals 
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 
• Maintain and update client records and pipeline in the CRM system 

- Marketing:

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline) 
• Manage and update content across social media platforms and the website 
• Assist in creating marketing materials (presentations, brochures, proposals) 
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis 
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts 
• Track campaign performance and generate simple reports 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Experience in outdoor/field sales
• Exposure to marketing activities (social media, content, campaigns)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities 
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
