Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Project management: leading project launches to develop and maintain sales, overseeing and leading projects to automate sales analytics systems;
- Generating reports, maintaining ongoing sales procedures for the sales department;
- Working in CRM and Qlik Sense;
- Improving the current tools of sales analysis;
- Preparation of partner contracts (distributors, dealers of Russian company), control of availability of contracts and applications. Monitoring of bonus agreements with partners; formation of partner rosters, transfer of information to the sales department;
- Preparation of reports in terms of products/region/time/business segment for management and sales department;
- Interaction with partners to clarify necessary issues, including changes in terms of cooperation,
- Reporting as per company deadlines and requirements.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education;
- Relevant experience in sales analytics, in a similar role of 2 years;
- English proficiency at least Upper- Intermediate level for communication and meetings with European colleagues; Proficiency in different tools for process automation;
- High level knowledge of Excel (VPR, spreadsheets, large number of rows/sku products);
- Attention, ambition, ability to work with a lot of data and information, communication skills; responsibility; ability to interact with different types of people, literacy.
Conditions:
- Official registration in the staff of the company;
- Decent level of fixed salary, quarterly bonuses based on the results of the tasks KPI ;

- Ability to work irregular hours for three days;
- Schedule of work: in person in the office, 5 / 2, from 9.00 to 18.00;
- Office location: SVAO, near the metro station.
