Designation: Sales & Marketing Manager – PAN India Work
Location: New Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad

Reporting To: President
Product: Linear Accelerators (Oncology)
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position will be responsible to drive the Oncology division (PAN INDIA) through Market Development, Revenue Generation of the business unit.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic market plan for the products as assigned. –
- Product positioning
- Pricing Strategies
- Market research and analysis
- Product forecasting
- Competitive analysis
- Achieving the desired revenues.
- Excellent understanding on the vertical and market
- Respond to requests from field and internal staff.
- This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company.
- Needs to develop new ideas based on their industry experience and their contact with customers and prospects.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12 to 15 years’ similar experience selling in private as well as government sector in medical device industry.
- B.Sc. + M.Sc. (Physics) or B.E or M.E. or Science Background.
- Proven work experience as a Manager or similar sales role to lead and motivate the team.
- Ability to travel in the interiors of India whenever required.
- Good communication skills with pleasing personality.
- Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.
- Strong teamwork and pro-activeness.
