Requirements.

• Higher specialized education;
• At least one year of experience in a customer service department;
• Confident use of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• High learning ability.

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming orders and entering them into the system;
• Create an application for transport, send them to the transport coordinator;
• Coordination of order readiness terms with customers and production;
• Formation of invoices and shipping documents;
• Coordination of order changes with the client;
• Business correspondence;
• Submission to the head office of the company;
• Building communications between the Client, the contractor, structural units of the company.
