Antal International Iasi is looking for a Sales Development Specialist for their client based in Iasi, a company that offers software sales and other associated services, such as technical support, training and consulting. 

Responsibilities

• You will find and pre-qualify leads, before transferring them to the sales team

• You will identify, in the potential customer organization, the key persons who may help you understand their current status and future plans
•  You will receive lists with targets for prospecting, but you will also search for leads on your own
•  You will report your results to the sales team and record the information in our CRM system.

Qualifications

•     Able to make professional phone calls
•     Relaxed and convincing on the phone
•     Able to get others to listen and get answers
•     Experience in working without close supervision  
•     Great team player
•     Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales or with working in a call-centre would be an advantage
•     Communicate fluently in English; working knowledge of German would be an advantage.
